The trail passes through the settlement of Bhandar and proceeds towards Sethe. Along the way, you will walk through the forest of pine and oak trees which grant immersing experience in the Lower Khumbu region. From Sethe, you will slowly ascend towards Junbesi crossing Lamjura La Pass at 3530m. Similarly, walking past the settlements such as Nunthala, Paiya, and Phakding, you head to the commercial hub of the region at Namche Bazaar. After a proper acclimatization session at the town, you pass Tengboche and Lobuche to reach Gorakshep. A trek along the Khumbu Glacier leads you to the Everest Base Camp. The thrill and pride that comes along with stepping on the base camp of the world’s tallest mountain, Mt. Everest (8,848m), tells another story altogether.
